We specialize in Croquettes; a mixture of meat, cheese, and/or vegetables formed into 2 ounce balls then breaded and deep fried. We have offered over 40 different variations of Croquettes in the past 3 years and we usually offer 4-6 types at a time. Our alternating croquette selection has included: Reuben, Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese, Spicy Arancini, Crab Rangoon, Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken Fajita, Taco Beef, Boursin Salmon, Turkey and Stuffing, Sesame Tuna, and Korean Pork BBQ just to name a few.

Our slider specials vary from Beef, Bison, Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork, or Beef Short Ribs. All served on homemade Pretzel Buns or mini Brioche Buns. We often offer a lighter option, the Apple Chicken Wrap. Made with locally sourced chicken breast, cranberry stilton cheese, granny smith applies, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, carrots, mixed greens, and an apple vinaigrette. Pretzel Bites, and Hand-Cut Potato Chips

Don’t forget to pick up an order of our homemade Pretzel Bites fried to order and coated in sea salt and served with a cheddar cheese sauce. We also offer the Pretzel S'mores, salty Soft Pretzel Bites with coffee infused fudge sauce and gooey marshmallows. You must try the Stupid Awesome Pretzel Bites, smothered with cranberry stilton cheese, diced bacon, sour cream, granny smith apples, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese. For our famous Potato Chips we cut fresh Kennebec potatoes paper thin, cook in small batches and serve them tossed in our house seasoning. We offer our chips loaded with aged cheddar cheese sauce, diced bacon, green onions, and sour cream. Don't forget to add a bag of these chips to eat later or share with friends! We serve a sampling of our house chips with every order of croquettes and sliders.
